About the Multiple Myeloma March

Walk the Walk. Make Myeloma Matter.

The Multiple Myeloma March is the only national annual large-scale fundraiser that exclusively supports the Canadian myeloma community. Each year in the fall, communities across the country rally for a 5km walk to o raise funds for research and access to innovative medications that will increase life expectancy, and move the needle toward a cure for patients impacted by myeloma.

In light of the current COVID-19 climate and preventative measures of physical distancing, we’re keeping a close eye on the situation in the weeks and months ahead. And so, we’ve adapted this year’s campaign to keep you connected and more active than ever! We’ve added a new Personalized Distance Challenge to this years’ campaign. Are you up for a challenge? For the first-time ever, you’ll be able to set your own personal distance goal starting from the day you register until the day of your community Multiple Myeloma March this fall (whether it be virtual or live). This new twist will be a great way to stay healthy and active throughout the months leading to the actual Multiple Myeloma March date in your area. Find out more in the FAQ section of this website.

Whether we physically walk together this fall or not, we’ll all be walking the walk to make myeloma matter and raise money to help find a cure.
